Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled.
I put in the wrong address, what should I do?
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If something needs to be changed, contact us right away! We are not responsible for orders sent to the wrong address.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?

My items arrived damaged, what do I do?
I carefully package each order, but I am not responsible for damage that happens during shipping. Please contact me with photos of the item and packaging, and I’ll see what I can do to help.
